My Goal is to help Doug finish as much of the Hompage Redesign as possible.

Helping him complete this project faster will allow me to work on improving the document workflow sooner.

How I will help him

• Read and review everything he creates.
• Become a point man for frontend. Kind of started spontaniously but if I can deal with one hard technical problem and solve it well, the drag and drop stuff, the project can move much faster.
• Thats probably all I can do. The only ideas I should contribute are ones the help manage scope creep and the last 10% problem that will inevitably emerge.

Now I should just: A. Get claude to generate a prototype for hotwire drag and drop once my session limit resets. Watch Theo's tokenmaxxing video to deal with bs session limits like Claude's. B. Read shape up. C. Chill, get work done by 12-1:00 so I can be happy later today.
